Architecture
JNA offer full architectural services structured around the RIBA’s Plan of Work 2020, which provides a model format for the design and construction process of buildings:
1_Initial Consultation + Brief Definition
JNA offer a free consultation meeting to visit the site and discuss your project (including your requirements, budget, timescales and relevant site information/surveys required).
2_Concept Design
Following a measured survey, JNA will explore design options to suit your developed brief.

3_Detailed Design
Once a favoured design option is agreed, a full package of information will be prepared and submitted for Planning Approval. The services of additional consultant services may also be required for appointment by the client at this stage (i.e. structural engineer).

4_Technical Design
Once planning permission is granted, a detailed drawings package will be prepared suitable for pricing (tender) and submission for Building Regulations Approval.

5_ Construction
Once all approvals are in place and a contractor has been appointed, building work can begin. JNA will produce any additional information required for construction and can also be appointed to act as Contract Administrator, helping to inspect construction quality and resolve any site queries.
